Treatment Planning: Based on the evaluation, a customized treatment plan is developed, outlining the number of implants needed and the type of restoration required.

Implant Placement Surgery:

• Anesthesia: The patient receives local anesthesia to ensure comfort during the procedure.
• Incision: The dentist or oral surgeon makes an incision in the gum tissue to expose the jawbone.
• Implant Placement: A small hole is drilled into the jawbone, and the titanium implant is carefully inserted into the bone.

Osseointegration: Over the next few months, the implant integrates with the jawbone through a process called osseointegration, providing a strong and stable foundation.

Abutment Placement: Once osseointegration is complete, a minor surgical procedure is performed to attach an abutment to the implant. The abutment serves as a connector for the final restoration.

Impression: Impressions of the abutment and surrounding teeth are taken to fabricate a custom-made crown, bridge, or denture.

Final Restoration: The customized restoration is securely attached to the abutment, completing the dental implant procedure and restoring the patient’s smile and function.

Follow-Up Care: Patients are advised on proper oral hygiene practices and scheduled for regular follow-up appointments to ensure the long-term success of the dental implants.
